Ever had one of these moments when you’re left buzzing and very uplifted?

Early this afternoon, a man whizzed into my life momentarily, and whizzed out. What was left and very impactful,

a gift of money

to go towards my purchase. I heard him talk to the woman behind the counter thinking it was ‘keep the change’ or similar. But it was intended for me!

He wasn’t one of those angels that you never see again 🙂 as I was told he was a local and familiar to her … so that yes, she would pass on my deep appreciation for his kindness.

I wasn’t looking bereft, or poor, or homeless,

or exclaiming poverty

just looking in the cabinets for a bite to eat (didnt realise how late it was past lunchtime). This felt so totally unconditional / non-judgmental without want of recognition.

Pondering later that I’ve just recently decided to make Wednesdays my

battery recharge day

to relax (think hot pools, dreaming, coffee/tea, being creative) with no demands on me. It’s habitual to often be in a mode of either doing (or thinking of doing) things of or for others as that’s ‘normal’  – partner, animal companion, home/meals/cleaning, friends, clients, networks etc and also, energy is expended developing businesses/projects etc.

So all that energy out, needs replacing.

Having made that choice that I’m important too and need some extra attention

is that what attracted this experience?

Whatever it was – I’m left feeling very inspired and energised. If you are the man who paid for my food (Greerton, Tauranga, 29 March 2017) – THANK YOU VERY MUCH 🙂
